Abstract
The present research work was carried out in the AVIDIGITAL company, having as a center all the personnel involved in the management of the supply chain. The main objective was to create the logistics processes as a fundamental factor in the value chain of products distributed by the company. It is an experimental analytical study. To obtain more precise results, a survey was conducted in which the degree of customer satisfaction could be measured, which was the ideal start for our work, then the logistics scheme was designed and the logistics department was integrated into the general organizational chart. of the company using a change control methodology and then proceed to the implementation of the logistics model aligned with the objectives of the company, which with its evolution of the contribution could determine the contribution of the intervention
