Psychological Well-Being in Teachers: A Literary Review

Abstract
The work context as well as the particular working conditions in which teachers work have an impact on their health indicators, such as their psychological well-being. Therefore, the general objective was to reflect on the research that investigated psychological well-being in teachers in the academic literature during the period 2018-2021 at the national and international level. The information search for the literature review was carried out in different databases, deriving in 25 documents with the variable under study and the period of time indicated. The results were organized in tables classifying the articles according to their general data, methodology, objectives and results and then we proceeded to discuss about it, finding that psychological wellbeing has been studied according to its conceptualization, also regarding the various intervening variables such as satisfaction, motivation, happiness, among others; and also regarding its effects on actors such as institutions, teachers and students
