Abstract

This article presents and analyzes the basics for the management of human talent in the teaching and learning college. These aspects are integrated into the so-called "interactive model based on a dialogue curricular material", which is based on the following key assumptions: a) a certain conception of human (anthropological variable); b) the presence or development of a student- factors favoring cognitive activity (psychological dimension); c) the acceptance and experience (implementation) by the learner of commitments to the study (attitudinal dimension); d) teacher training in certain skills (pedagogical substrate); and e) the existence of a dialogue curricular material (teaching methodology perspective). The framework of the knowledge society, cultural diversity, the increasing technological complexity, globalization and the uncertainty surrounding the binomial between freedom and security, are crucial variables of a cultural change that questions the operation, and even its very existence, of many organizations. This partnership therefore been demanding a change in the role of educational institutions (including universities) and their teachers and students.
