Situational diagnosis culture of a tourist company in times of the Covid-19 syndemic.

Abstract
This research deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Canoa Beach Hotel both at the productivity and administrative level, because of this, reforms are proposed at the organizational level in which the hotel will operate with a functional organizational design (organization chart ), on the other hand, due to the restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Health to avoid crowding of people and the spread of Covid-19, the establishment follows a biosecurity regime to protect the health of workers and visitors. The methods used to collect information was a mixed investigation in which it was qualified both qualitatively and quantitatively, the materials used were interviews, surveys and observation files. As a resulted in the hotel being well accepted by its customers, as well as having a good cleaning and disinfection regime. In view of the fact that the investigation carried out it is concluded that despite the fact that the establishment has not stopped its activities, it has a low income of customers since the closure of the airports and the cancellation of reservations that it has suffered, for that reason it planned to change its operating structure, in addition to using social networks to reach potential clients who are interested in its services.
