Abstract

The research carried out on the psychosocial factors and the work performance of the teachers of the 04 Mi Peru Network of the UGEL - Ventanilla, 2018, to determine the relationship between these two variables. The investigation had a non-experimental, transectional, cross-sectional design and the instrument (questionnaires) was elaborated for both study variables, in order to collect information; The population was made up of 367 secondary level teachers from public educational institutions, whose sample was determined to 168 secondary teachers from the RED 4 Mi Peru of the UGEL Ventanilla The research results were examined and indicate the validity of a true and eloquent connection between the two research variables of (r = 0611 **, p <0.05); by which the null hypothesis is discarded and the hypothesis of the positive relationship between psychosocial factors and the job performance of teachers in the 04 UGEL- Ventanilla 2018 network is accepted.
