Proposal for a glamping service to promote tourism in the Pedernales sector

Abstract
The hotel industry includes all establishments dedicated to provide lodging and restaurant services to permanent guests or passers-by, the services or attractions that can be offered to tourists makes the person want to take a trip, to be excited by its infrastructure, its activities, attractions, etc. thus being innovation a relevant factor in the development of the tourism industry, over time new demands are generated by tourists who are always looking for something different on each trip. Today, travelers are no longer considered tourists, but rather explorers in search of discovering authenticity in each trip or in each trend that the hotel industry offers, as innovative experiences to exceed customer expectations, thus having brand loyalty.
