Métodos disciplinarios culturales violentos. Política de salud mental escolar en cuestión Lima 2020

Resumen
El objetivo general es caracterizar los métodos disciplinarios culturales en escolares con signos de violencia; los objetivos específicos son: describir los métodos disciplinarios culturales y analizar la política de salud mental en escolares con signos de violencia en la comunidad de Lima 2020, estudio cualitativo en 8 madres a través de la entrevistada semi estructuradas, previo consentimiento informado y saturación de información. Resultados: Se constató que los infantes con signos de maltrato ante método culturales disciplinarios, muestran indicadores familiares: cuidadores / impotentes; infantes / victimizados; cuidador amo / infante esclavo; aislamiento y sumisión; rendimiento escolar interferido; problemas de conducta; autoestima afectado; permeados de carencia de cuidados emocionales, con signos físicos violentos por castigo; muestran estrés, dolor, tartamudeo y agitación emocional; los perpetradores son padres, vecinos/cuidadores del entorno familiar/ social; agredidos verbal, física y emocionalmente a través de objetos contundentes; padres con comportamientos de frustración infantil que motiva desfogo e ira en infantes. Política sanitaria mental in (operativa). Conclusiones: En el escolar sometido a castigo, aparecen daños: directo al menor (psicológico, físico o ambos) y tras el acto sin límites, la normalización del maltrato incluye el daño al entorno familiar, que solo se siente, más no se pronuncia; La cuarentena obliga a convivir con la familia, donde por ausencia de inteligencia emocional y comunicación, se impulsa involuntariamente a la violencia. Se recomienda desarrollar la Línea de Investigación en Políticas de salud preventiva emocional
